Returns & Refunds

Most products can be returned for a full refund if the item is received by our Returns Department within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and should be returned in its original packaging with tags intact, or a refund cannot be issued.

A refund request must be sent via email (support@sweateronline.com) or by contacting us on 0116 283 7300. Please quote your Order Number on all communication with our Returns Department.

Below is a list of all items that have special requirements before a refund can be considered:

·         All goods will undergo quality checks, as they should be new, unworn and unused. If the vendor feels the need, they have the right to decline the refund request.
·         It is advisable to check with the retailer whether the product is returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2  weeks of the us receiving the product; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days). 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to the merchant at your own cost unless the goods when received were notably faulty, in which case the merchant will pay for the postage.
